Creators’ App, community recipe cards, AlphaLuma: three ways to get a Creative Look on camera
Three ways to get a look on a Sony Alpha camera: (1) Sony’s Creators’ App “Creative Look by creators” (version 3.5 and later) on supported bodies; (2) manual entry from a community parameter card, free on this site; (3) a third-party app such as AlphaLuma writing the card over USB on the models it lists as supported. Choose by account needs, cable tolerance, and model support.

On 2026-08-27 Sony released Creators’ App 3.5. The official notice says: “You can now use Creative Look by creators from around the world on your camera.” That is a different thing from the community cards on this site and from AlphaLuma’s USB write. The table lays the differences side by side. It does not rank them.

What each one is not
- This site is not a Sony website. The cards are not official presets and not the creator catalogue inside Creators’ App.
- AlphaLuma is not Creators’ App and not Monitor & Control. It is a third-party app from the same team that runs this site.
- None of the three touch the RAW. The look lives in the JPEG and the video file.
